RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you wish to return your order to us, you can send us the
product or products within a period of 14 days as of the date of reception of
your order. Only products that were previously purchased by the Customer on the
Website and then delivered to the Customer may be returned to the Seller (Cosmic Connections (International) Limited) by the
Shipping costs included in the original invoice will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
Item(s) must be unused, with all original packaging attached.
The products for which it is specifically mentioned the non-refund condition, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, unless otherwise agreed per case.
In order for you to be refunded, products must be returned to us in a resalable condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by all instructions for use and accessories. Products must always still have their original labels.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
If an item is faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Please note that the replacement time will vary according to the availability of stocked products.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Items purchased online can be returned by post or courier for a refund or replacement.
Please refer to the Return and Replacement Policy above to ensure your return meets the requirements.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
Please choose your preferred return method.
Carefully pack your products in a parcel of your choice. Make sure that the parcel is securely sealed. Use the order number or invoice number as reference on the return papers.
If you are returning items from different orders, please enclose the numbers of these orders to the return parcel.
Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund or replacement. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our policy, we’ll contact you and send your parcel back to you.
Products returned by the Customer to the Seller must be
addressed to the Shipper, the location of which varies by country and by product.
We remind you that Products are returned at your own cost.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products which do not satisfy the requirements set out here or which are considered not to be eligible for the return service.
Specific warranties are provided for specific products and these are provided in the product manuals (as amended from time to time).
